Article Writing for Web Site Traffic

This site is dedicated to Article Writing to gain more web site traffic. An article by itself doesn’t gain any traffic. It is how you use that article to gain more links, increase your personal profile, build an image of you as the expert and get your web site into the forefront of your target audiences mind. All these are the topic of article marketing.

For now I would like to concentrate on the 6 golden rules of article writing for web traffic and for internet marketing:

  1. Write articles that relate to the main theme of your site
  2. Write articles around keywords or phrases that relate to the theme of your site
  3. Write articles that contain new content or fresh perspectives on existing content
  4. Make sure that your article is rich with you theme keyword phrase. In particular, ensure you include your keyword phrase in:
    • The Article Title
    • The Article Description
    • The Article Headline
    • In bold in the first sentence of the Article
    • At least once more in each of the first 2 paragraphs
    • Sprinkled throughout the rest of the article
    • In the link words to any link back to your web site
  5. Spell check, spell check and spell check
  6. Review, revise and rewrite - but not too often
